There are three types of applications:

MAIN STUDENT ENROLLMENT APPLICATION
This serves as the main enrollment application for degree programs.

MINISTRY LIFE EXPERIENCE APPLICATION

This is an optional application and should only be used if you would like to request university credit for your life experience.

​

GUARANTOR'S APPLICATION FORM

This form is required to be completed by your spiritual head/mentor if you are applying for Ministry Life Experience.

HOW TO BEGIN

You will begin with the student enrollment application form and then the other forms will be completed within our application portal.

Note: Application Fees must be paid before your application will be processed.  

 

Once you complete the form, you will be sent an email asking you to activate your profile using a link. After selecting the link and adding a password, you will see your home page. There you will be able to pay all fees required, as well as apply for ministry life experience.
