tuition & Fees

We are a TUITION FREE university, however we do three types of fees.

APPLICATION FEE

One time upon entrance to the University.  If you drop or stop your studies for a month or more, you will pay another application fee.  However, if you continue with your studies, you will only pay one application fee for the entire time you are with WBSU.  Application fees are NOT refundable.

REGISTRATION FEE

A Registration Fee is required for each degree program.  For instance, if you enter as an Associate Student, you will pay a Registration Fee.  Then, when you enter your Bachelor degree, you will pay a Registration Fee for that program.  Registration Fees are only refundable if you drop class during your first week, and before the 2nd week begins.

GRADUATION FEE

You will pay a Graduation Fee for each program in which you graduate.  These fees MUST be paid BEFORE any certificates will be issued.
